What is your stuff made of?
We're really big on upcycling and reusing as much materials as possible. We try to get left over material from makers who would normally throw it away. Any scrap piece we can salvage and turn into a beautiful heirloom makes us so happy! It also saves our earth from more garbage.
We also order in fabric from Canadian and US manufactures as well. Each item we create uses different materials. For upcycled pieces sometimes we don't know the material 100% but can make a good guess on the base.
Most of our clothing is made with DBP (double brushed poly), bullet, liverpool, and ribbed knit.
Our accessories are made with DBP, bullet, liverpool, linen, & cotton.
What about damaged, lost or stolen items?
Holly Rose Originals will not be responsible for damage of products due to non care (by customer). Every piece purchased at Holly Rose Originals comes with a care card. If instructions aren't followed, issues may arise. We will not be responsible for any damages made when not following care cards.
We will not be responsible to any damages outside of manufacturer defects. (to be determined on individual cases). If your product has any defects upon arrival, please contact us right away through our "Contact Us" Form, and we'd be more then happy to resolve the issue. Your happiness is our priority!
Why are my products taking so long to get to me?
Depending on shipping purchased at checkout some items can take a couple weeks to arrive. Please keep in mind shipping times will vary due to various circumstances. (Holidays, Vacations, Covid, etc)
I love your pieces but want a custom made item. How do I request one?
Customs can be requested by purchasing a “Custom Orders” product (under our shop menu) on our website. You can also email us at: email@example.com
Custom orders require a deposit. Once deposit is paid for, we will discuss your custom piece, materials available and delivery time. Once both parties agree to terms the remainder balance will be invoiced and commission piece will be worked on once invoice balance is paid.
If we notice we are behind on orders or don't have the extra time/resources to take customs, we will announce custom orders will be temporarily closed on our social media pages and will respond to emails as such. We will let everyone know once we're able to take on custom orders again!
