Right after you have placed your order, we will receive notification to fulfill it. All orders are processed in a timely fashion (1-3 business days if items aren't pre-orders). Because of the nature of our business (handmade items), we can experience delays around holidays or certain events. We appreciate your patience during these times. If there is a significant delay of shipment for your order, we will notify you by email.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Receiving products can vary based on mailing services. Products can take up to a few weeks to arrive, depending on which service you choose at checkout. If after 30 days you still have not received your order, please contact us through our "Contact Us" form and we will solve the issue right away!
How Much Does Shipping Costs?
Shipping costs vary for different products and the amount of products being purchased. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, my location and the weight of the product(s) and package.
Anything over $150.00 is free shipping!
Is There Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking?
Yes! Everything is tracked here at Holly Rose Originals. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
What About Customs, Duties And Taxes?
Holly Rose Originals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
What Happens If My Package Is Damaged Or Lost?
Holly Rose Originals is not liable for any products lost during shipping. Once package has been picked up by currier it is in their hands.We do however try out best to make everyone happy so send us a message and we'll try to get this issue resolved as best as we can!If you received your order damaged, please contact us through our "Contact Us" form and we will be happy to help.
